After more than a decade in corporate sales and marketing, Vanessa combined her passion for real estate investing with her love for serving people to build a business centered around relationships, communication, and results. Since becoming an agent, she has helped buyers and sellers throughout the Triangle navigate everything from first-time home purchases and luxury homes to relocations and new construction.

TANNER MILLER

Tanner Miller is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, investors, and military families achieve their real estate goals throughout eastern North Carolina. He specializes in military relocations, investment opportunities, and helping clients navigate more complex situations, including pre-foreclosures.

As an active duty United States Air Force Weapons Systems Officer (WSO) flying the F-15 Strike Eagle, Tanner brings discipline, preparation, and a solutions-focused mindset to every transaction. As a member of the Real Military Division, he combines firsthand military experience with local market expertise to help service members, veterans, and their families navigate every stage of the buying and selling process.
